Qualities - Betty White is a pug who is approximately 12 years old. She was a stray in Florida and thankfully found her way to Pepper’s. She came in very sick with 3 different respiratory illnesses and was often compared to a loaf of bread. Now that she is well, she is coming out of her shell and is moving more especially when she is curious about what is happening outside her room. She can be a door dasher. The exercise as well as therapy has helped her mobility and she is losing weight. She loves exercises with Ms. Patti. She wags her tail, is loving and affectionate. Massage is a favorite activity as well. It is so fun to watch her evolve into a more active dog. 

Occupation - Betty White is learning to be a Baker. She loves watching people preparing food as she would like to be involved in sampling all the things. 

Likes/Dislikes - Betty White spins on her butt like a hurricane, she loves to sit on shoes and feet. She is both visually and hearing impaired though we do believe she can see shadows. She loves all foods though she has food restrictions to help improve her waistline. She loves both soaked kibble and wet food though she has a funny quirk of squishing wet food into her nose so right now she is not eating that. We want those airways clear. She also can get food in her facial folds to get her clean. She does make an adorable little pig noise when she is happy. She is a curious and friendly girl who is gaining confidence daily. She can be quite silly. She loves stroller rides or short walks as she tires easily. With new people she can be shy but once she knows you, she wants to be snuggled in on your lap. We are so excited to spend our days with this beautiful senior!
