Pepper's had the privilege to have this little lady with us for even a very, very short time. Mavis was abandoned at a shelter in very poor health, she was taken in by True Faithful Rescue mission and nursed back to life. Unfortunately, Mavis's immune system was likely compromised because of what we can only guess was over 13 years of mistreatment and neglect and she got very ill and crossed the rainbow bridge a few weeks ago. Here at Pepper's, we strive to give these amazing beings a soft, happy loving place to land no matter how long or short their time might be with us. Thank you Mavis for gracing us with your presence.
